Guy we have a fish & chip restaurant that has been open somewhere around 80 years. I do believe it is the best I have ever and I have eaten fish & chips all over the country and Europe. The restaurants name is Ye Olde English Fish & Chip on 25 South Main St. Woonsocket, Rhode Island 02895 PS they also serve other seafood dishes and chowders

I agree… I gave up ordering my fish and chips anywhere else and the seafood “chowda” is great…lots of other choices like the “fish cake”…a Ye olde English tradition. My Uncle Al would tell stories of when he would buy his fish & chips in a house. Still wrap the orders in newspaper (minus the print of course)…
